Questions 2. Tell me about the current process 1. How many people work the line, doing what? 2. How long of shifts? 3. (I suspect you'll still need someone to load and unload crates...) 4. What's the budget? 5. What sort of volume? 6. What sort of timeline? 7. Technical questions 1. Standard milk crate? 2. How are these packed in a crate: Just simply on top, or do they get flipped and staggerred? Quantity? 3. In part a question I'd need to dig into more: What sort of regulatory scrutiny are you under? Is there anything once its packed, or since its in the same facility, does it need to abide by certain regulations? 4. Can you forsee any desire whatsoever to change this configuration?
