Business Model
Few sentences:
I provide a few calculators that do basic engineering calculators for free. They can pay to buy more sophisticated calculators. They're self-contained HTML files; they own everything.
The Beam Tool is a Killer App and a good one to start with.
It has some problems, though.
- Bugginess with plotting
- Section input can be a bit confusing (it also doesn't work in portable)
- Could this be solved by going to inline svg/dxf?? Can I compute MOIs from DXFs?
- channels and t-slot profiles would also be great add-ons
- An option to do torsion would be useful
Some of these calculators are memes.
