These are natural strengths - they are not the only things I can be good at, but they are what I am presently good at.

Designing linkages, fixtures, mechanisms, machines, etc.
Fabrication
Programming
Documentation
Troubleshooting and problem solving
Seeing connected ideas
Explaining concepts in useful ways to others
Using setbacks as opportunities to incorporate into a larger design
Focusing on a reasonably well-defined task, especially if it is physical in nature and I am around other people who are on my side
Thinking and analyzing through situations when the facts are well laid-out

All of these are overcomeable, but they are still real.
